We're seeking a Night Shift Production Manager to join our expanding Fresh Food Factory. This key role entails leading our Lincoln production operation from Sunday to Thursday, 18:30-Finish.

As a pivotal member of our operations team, you'll champion world-class packing performance. You'll have the autonomy to drive continual improvement, utilising departmental resources to their fullest. Your role will also focus on nurturing talent within Branston, contributing to their development and measuring success accordingly.

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team in Abernethy! The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring there is sufficient stock of raw material within our Fresh potato factory, whilst maintaining good working relationships with our growers. 

We're looking for a motivated, responsible individual with a keen eye for detail. As a QA Operative, the main duties will be to operate the quality assurance function in our packhouse, ensuring the quality standards for Branston and our customers are met, records maintained as required and issues are communicated to relevant departments. 

Other duties will include printing of tickets, checking of equipment, monitoring shelf life samples and intake QA duties.

We’re looking for a new team member to take on the role of HR Assistant. Reporting directly to the HR Advisor for the Prepared Foods Division, you will be responsible for administrative support across a broad spectrum of tasks that come out of the Central HR department. This role will provide HR support to the Lincoln sites working to stringent deadlines, managing a high volume, challenging and varied workload whilst using your own initiative and portraying excellent time management skills.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of HR as well as general administrative responsibilities and ideally be working towards their CIPD Level 3 or we can invest in your future and put you through the qualification during your employment. It’s a busy and varied role, therefore your ability to multitask and prioritise is essential.

 As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hygiene Team Leader with expertise in high care/high risk environments to join our team in the Prepared foods divison.

As a Hygiene Team Leader, you will play an important role in ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards within our manufacturing facility meet and exceed requirements. You will lead a team of hygiene operatives, overseeing all aspects of hygiene operations in all areas including high care/high risk areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for food production.

We are looking for Key Operatives / Line Leaders to work at our Prepared foods factory just outside of Lincoln. 

You will lead the team forward to ensure the smooth running of our busy production lines whilst playing an important part in making sure every product packed is to the highest standard. You will supervise a small team and be responsible for their coaching and development. 

We are looking for flexible and enthusiastic Despatch Operatives for our Fresh factory. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that deliveries are received and loaded in a timely manner ensuring all quality checks are maintained.

We have an exciting vacancy within our Engineering department, we are recruiting for an A Shift Senior Maintenance Engineer.

A Shift- 06:00-18:00

Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday

As the Senior Maintenance Engineer, you will be a key player in ensuring the optimal performance of our production facility for our day shift. Your role will involve providing leadership and technical expertise to a team of engineers, effectively responding to breakdowns, and implementing preventative maintenance strategies.
