You’ll be working as part of our engineering team undertaking the following tasks:
Creating purchase orders, Ordering and receiving spare parts, ensuring parts are brought back on to stock, updating stock management software, Maintaining records for various customer audits, Completing and auditing contractor paperwork, Stock taking including monitoring spares, updating the manager on any supply issues, creating spare part kits, undertaking small engineering tasks.
You’ll have good communication skills and excellent attention to detail. The ability to work alone but also integrate within a small but critical team is vital. There will be some heavy lifting required and IT skills are essential.
A solid background in engineering is preferred; ideally having worked in an engineering maintenance role. You’ll have a flexible attitude and understand the importance of working within Health and Safety guidelines.

We are recruiting for two Raw Material Operatives to join our Intake team. You will work closely with our process controllers, machine operators and quality assurance team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our busy production lines. You’ll operate a counterbalance forklift, supplying one tonne boxes to feed production lines and operate the computerised stock system. You'll need experience of working in a busy production environment and be adaptable to changing demands of the factory.
You will be a strong communicator and have the ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team and show attention to detail. Understanding the importance of health and safety will be imperative to the role. You will be responsible for the maintenance of forklift trucks regarding pre-start checks, reporting any issues and including the cleanliness of the truck.
A keen eye for standards and a flexible attitude is required and having a current counterbalance forklift licence is essential
