We're looking for a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to help maintain the operational performance of our high-speed production and packing machinery in our Prepared foods factory.

You'll be responsible for frontline breakdown cover as well as undertaking routine maintenance to maximise production efficiency.

We are looking for a Production Manager to join our expanding Prepared Foods Factory.

As a key member of the site operations team, you will provide front line leadership across the Prepared production operation, delivering against each of the following pillars: safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people.

The role also comes with the expectation to implement and manage change to drive continual improvement through the processes, utilising department resources available to the fullest to achieve the business annual PIP, quality improvement and safety improvement plans.

We're looking for a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to help maintain the operational performance of our high-speed production and packing machinery at our fresh site in Lincoln.

You'll be responsible for frontline breakdown cover as well as undertaking routine maintenance to maximise production efficiency.

Skills and Experience

You'll need a good level of education with mechanical and electrical based engineering qualifications and experience in a similar role within a FMCG environment. Experience of PLC and Inverter control programming (Including safety PLC) and Shire PPM systems would give you that advantage.

A working knowledge of process and packaging machinery is needed along with excellent fault finding and problem-solving skills. You’ll also need a flexible, proactive approach and be able to work effectively in a small team or independently.
