Celebrating another year at Branston

We like to make sure our people know that they are appreciated for their dedication to Branston. One of the ways we do this is through recognising and rewarding long service. For major milestones from five years onwards we have Champagne, vouchers and extra days of holiday, but from year one and every year afterwards we like to celebrate the day that they joined our team.

Everyone in the business (that’s more than 1,000 people and counting) gets a special thank you on their Branston Anniversary. We’ve tried lots of different little treats over the years, but the one that seems to be most popular is chocolate. Not just any old chocolate though. It’s got to be good quality to pass the taste test for our people and ethically sourced to fit with our business ethos.

We’ve worked with chocolate experts  Baxter Murray for many years now to turn our staff appreciation into a delicious, branded experience. From custom-molded "super spud" bars and "We Love Potatoes" chocolate lorries to bespoke anniversary cards with molded chocolate balloons. It’s a collaborative process, with the team at Optima Graphic Design creating playful on-brand imagery to perfectly complement the different gifts. This year we’ve opted for a "Big Thank You" bar in a fully branded wrapper, paired with a matching personalised card.
