Tom re-joined the Branston team as General Manager of our new Protein extraction facility in 2023, then in July 2025 he also took on responsibility for overseeing our Prepared Retail, B2B and Mash facilities. He initially joined Branston back in 2013 on the graduate programme, completing placements in Technical and Finance before moving into Operations, being promoted to managing Site Services, then Raw Materials Operations.
Tom has undertaken a number of roles, at Branston and elsewhere, to build his expertise in Production and Operations Management. His valuable experience of commissioning new facilities has been instrumental in the development of the Protein facility. He will be working with highly skilled teams across our Added Value operations to ensure we get the best potential from every potato we handle as we continue to focus on growing this area of the business.
