Simon Jones

Simon joined the Branston South West team in January 2012, initially as Night Shift Supervisor. He moved onto days after two years, progressing his way through Shift Manager, Production Manager and Ops Manager roles before being promoted to General Manager in January 2026.

Following a gradual handover, Simon will take the lead on continuing to develop and grow the site, ensuring that it’s sustainable for the future and at the forefront of latest technological advancements, supported by a strong and collaborative team with a long-term succession plan.
