Michaela Williams

Michaela has many years’ experience in the grain industry, from field to fork. She has worked around the world and headed up sales for a number of B2B companies, with expertise in milling and extrusion (a thermo-mechanical process using heat and pressure to create crunchy ‘puffed’ pieces).

She joined the Branston team in summer 2022 - an exciting time for the development of the newly built potato protein facility. As General Manager Michaela will be focusing on refining the extraction process and developing the potato protein range to supply manufacturers of plant-based foods and meal replacement products.
