Carolyn has more than 16 years’ experience in exec level roles across both Operations and Human Resources in market sectors ranging from bird food to fresh produce. In 2018 she joined Branston on an interim contract, focusing on looking after Production in the Fresh factory.
In March 2019 she moved over to the Prepared division and in to the role of General Manager, where her extensive experience in senior operations roles in the chilled sector is being put to good use. Her previous background with both retail and B2B customers is proving helpful in her current role too, as she is responsible for the day-to-day running of both our Prepared factories – food and ingredients.
