Our 2,500m2 Prepared Foods factory is one of the most advanced food production facilities in the country, with high-tech, high-spec equipment to match. We have preparation and packaging solutions for all types of quick and easy cooking, from microwaving to roasting, with a minimum of fuss. We have the technology to wash and peel, slice and dice, wedge, core and fill, coat, dress and season... resulting in great-tasting, easy-to-cook finished products that consumers will love.
The factory runs seven days a week, 362 days a year. It uses the Branston Production System of lean manufacturing techniques, with the aspiration to become the lowest cost producer without ever compromising quality. We currently have five production lines, producing 250,000 - 350,000 packs a week and we're already planning for an additional line, which will soon be required as demand continues to grow.
