Our 2,500m2 Prepared Foods factory is one of the most advanced food production facilities in the country, with high-tech, high-spec equipment to match. We have preparation and packaging solutions for all types of quick and easy cooking, from microwaving to roasting, with a minimum of fuss. We have the technology to wash and peel, slice and dice, wedge, core and fill, coat, dress and season... resulting in great-tasting, easy-to-cook finished products that consumers will love.
The factory runs seven days a week, 362 days a year. It uses the Branston Production System of lean manufacturing techniques, with the aspiration to become the lowest cost producer without ever compromising quality. We currently have five production lines, producing over 370,000 packs a week and we're already planning for an additional line, which will soon be required as demand continues to grow.
