Graduate Development Programme
After graduating, this is the chance for you to develop within your chosen area of expertise. Broadly speaking, it's a series of placements in different areas of the business and off-the-job training designed to develop your key competencies, knowledge and skills. You'll be supported by a mentor throughout and we can also assist you towards attaining a professional qualification.
Sandwich Placement Programme
We have placements available for undergraduates who, as part of their degree programme, are required to undertake a year in industry. You'll undertake a training programme consisting of one or two planned placements within the company. During these placements you will experience the fundamental workings of each department, work with industry experts and make a valuable contribution to company-wide projects.
