Field Services is a department that’s all to do with the growing crop. Working with the dedicated and committed growers who are part of our Producer Groups, the team offers expert professional advice to maximise supply opportunities. Our agronomists also look for future improvements and work extensively on research projects aimed at developing new varieties, as well as controlling pests and diseases.
Procurement
Our Procurement people make sure supply meets demand. Thanks to expert planning skills and trusted relationships with our growers, they help to meet demand through the yearly peaks and troughs, and plan for promotional activity.
