Charlie Flack
IT Projects Assistant, Lincoln
In his nine years with us, Charlie's taken on a number of roles, including production technician and process improvement engineer. This progression means he's been able to develop and grow his career, and he's now moved in to our ever-growing IT department.
Charlie is helping to facilitate the smooth running of a business-wide software upgrade, as well as contributing to IT support in the office. Much of his time is spent in group sessions and liaising between the sites to support the implementation.
Initially, Charlie will work with groups to define business processes. As the project progresses, his focus will be on user support, both during development and roll-out.
