The success of our business is largely down to the skills, hard work and commitment of all our people. That’s why we strive to maintain a rewarding, supportive environment and invest heavily – around £100,000 a year – in our colleagues’ training and development. We’re here to support them, whether they’re studying for an MBA or learning to articulate food tastes.
