We believe that success comes from giving all our people the freedom and encouragement to come up with innovative new ideas and better ways of working. This philosophy has led to a constant source of inspiration for new packaging, product varieties, systems and merchandising.
At each of our sites we have a Manufacturing Excellence team, made up of carefully chosen individuals all trained to Six Sigma standard and led by a process improvement engineer. It’s their job to identify shop-floor projects that will lead to process improvements. Coupled with our lean production system, this gives us a real 360° approach to improving our business.
