At each of our sites you’ll find a manufacturing excellence team, made up of carefully chosen individuals all trained to Six Sigma Yellow Belt standard and led by a Process Improvement Engineer. It’s the teams’ job to identify shop-floor projects that will lead to process improvements. Their approach, coupled with our lean production system, gives us a real 360-degree approach to improving our business.
