High quality, no compromise
In January 2005 we introduced a range of prepared vegetable products. It proved so succesful that in July 2009 we transferred production to our own purpose-built high-care factory, right next to our fresh potato factory in Lincoln.
Our Prepared Foods factory has been built with flexibility in mind:
- Five production lines and 60 staff handling in excess of 5,000 tonnes a year
- A mesmerising process that automatically fills and seals pouches with potatoes, butter and various dressings, all at industry-leading efficiency levels
- An innovative process that produces cook-from-fresh prepared vegetable products
- A firm focus on new product development which ensures that we are not only innovative, but best in market for our customers
- Fully ISO 14001 accredited, in recognition of our extensive environmental management system
