What's the secret of our success? Dedicated people, outstanding production systems, trusted suppliers and a never-ending desire to be the best.

We’re proud of our dynamic people, many of whom have been with us a long time, and we are constantly developing their skills. It’s also great that many of our growers have been with us since we started, yet each year we welcome new names to our team of trusted suppliers.

These strong relationships are what make us a leader in our field, giving customers the confidence that we’ll deliver quality products in a way that meets their high operational and environmental standards.

Another thing that keeps us at the top is our constant desire to be the lowest cost producer in our sector, without ever compromising quality.

To help us achieve this, we called in the experts: leading strategic management consultants, McKinsey & Company. As a result, we implemented their lean production model to remove any slack in the system, for more efficient, cost-effective working.

You’ll find us working to that model throughout the company. We call it the Branston Production System and it’s what we live and breathe every day, at every one of our sites.
